3D Scan data in Mixer study

Quixel's streaming was awesome. Learned some awesome tips to manipulate 3d scan data and use them to create new materials. Thanks a lot to Galen Davis for the tips and advice. I baked 2k textures so the displacement data could be a lot more accurate.

Used 3d scan data asset from Megascans and baked out the information to use them inside Mixer to create the Concrete Debris material.
